Self-Healing: Relaxation: Calm-Relaxed

Brief Technique Using Simple Repetitive Thoughts to Relax

In this technique your purpose is to relax. You are aware of sensations of breathing and thoughts. You focus your attention on the thought "calm" as you breathe in, and "relaxed" as you breathe out.

As you listen to the instructions, let other thoughts come and go, do not try and make them go away. If you have other thoughts fine, as long as one of the thoughts you have when you breathe is the thought "calm" and one of the thoughts you have when you breathe out is the thought "relaxed".
